I booked my wife an surprised serenity spa package at their price of $259.90 for mothers day today a couple weeks ago. After the appointment i noticed they charged me over $460 dollars! I called to see why i was charged way soo much! The receptionist who talked with Rachel, said my wife was offered an upgraded package. I can’t recommend Joey Moreno enough. He’s a total professional and really knows his stuff. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t just go through the motions—he actually listened to what was bothering me and focused on fixing those specific issues. It was easily the best massage I’ve had, and I left feeling a million times better. If you’re looking for someone who actually gets results, Joey is the person to see!
Hi! I wanted to reach out regarding my session on Friday. You did a lot of great work on my neck and left shoulder, but I wanted to let you know that I’ve been quite uncomfortable since then. It’s Monday and I still have a headache and a lot of stiffness in my upper back. I think the pressure was just a bit too much for those specific spots. I’d love to come back, but let’s definitely dial back the intensity on my neck and shoulders in the future!
