That was a great experience! I loved the vibe. The staff are friendly. Also, the massage was awesome and relaxing.
I usually have a good experience but today I was highly disappointed. I was booked for a massage and a facial space. My massage therapist had to cancel, which is understandable, but I was substituted a massage with an aesthetician, but charge the same amount that you would pay for an RMT. It wasn’t much more than a little rubbed down was not a good massage at all. The facial was good, but you can’t compare a massage from an RMT to an aesthetician so the prices should reflect that. I was disappointed with my recent facial appointment. The lady was not able to perform facial on my face as I have sensitive skin and using medication on my face. I informed her about this. Instead of being upfront and reschedule my appointment as her product in beginning of my session were irritating my skin. she said we will try light treatment and some calming cream.
