I had a 2 hour massage with John and… wow. He was honestly amazing. I left feeling so relaxed and genuinely taken care of. He’s very professional, attentive, and really fun to talk to, especially after a long week at work. For anyone who loves deep pressure, especially the ladies, this is your guy. I had a truly wonderful experience at Hand and Stone! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding — warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for, and they took the time to understand my needs before the session. Good location with options for parking. Front desk (reception staff) are very pleasant and accomodating. Treatment rooms can be a bit noisy, however they are clean. I had 2 good deep tissue massages with RMT Sean Montgomery.
Unfortunately we have experienced several bad treatments here. Mostly due to feeling rushed and bad customer service. Do not recommend. Also waiting for the copy and pasted message to let their customer service know about our experience. We have done; they did nothing about it.
The second issue in a short period of time at this location and I’m avoiding it from here on out. Therapists on the whole simply don’t have a lot of care or attention to detail and most seem to rush through appointments. My last appointment was done and dusted within 35 minutes for a 50-minute appointment. Granted I was 8 minutes late, but I was told this would not be an issue and to still come.
