Amazingly relaxing Hot Stone Massage. Bela my masseuse was excellent!
Massage was alright I guess minus the heals of my feet and back of the head slapping. I was charged full price $130 while they had a promotion for $99 the sandals didn’t fit me and the front desk staff insisted I wear them. They refused to refund and said they’ll take it off next massage. Like that’ll happen. Said I could customize my massage and none of the buttons on the iPad worked. Many better places than here especially for the outrageous price. No therapist worth their salt stays at this company.
Based on my experience as a contractor, I found the management to be unprofessional and the business practices concerning. I experienced issues with wage transparency, difficulties in communication, and was locked out of scheduling systems after a dispute. In my opinion, accountability was lacking. Unprofessional management and unethical business practices. The owner does not respect contractors, withholds wages, and locks people out of scheduling systems. Communication is poor, and he takes no accountability for mistakes. I would not recommend working here or getting a massage here for that matter.
I received a gift card for Xmas so it also included a free facial as well. The first thing that kinda threw me off is on the wall it says $89.99 for massage and facial … at the end of it I’m told it’s $125.00 for just a massage? Ok I let it go because I was using a gift card anyways.
