Negative 5 is my score for this location. The therapist don’t show up for work. I’m was required to schedule a day, time, and select a therapist. She was a no show for work. I was not notified of this situation until 20 minutes later. I received the massage as a surprise which was ruined. I no longer want their service and I requested a refund. Still waiting for refund. Not reliable and will not hold up their end of the obligation. Don’t go there
All of the services i received have been amazing 🤩 thus far, sahiba rasool goes above and beyond I highly recommend her for facials
The staff is professional and friendly. We did a couples massage and it was awesome. My bones felt like jelly I was so relaxed. My man was so relaxed he fell asleep. We are looking at getting the membership to go monthly.
This place is awesome. I have been a member for over a year now and they are top notch in all areas. Very strong though out the process including booking appointments, follow up reminders and of course the personnel. The front desk (Veronica last visit) was very receptive and courteous. Mary was awesome as usual and I look forward to a relaxing visit again soon!
I've gotten a massage and a facial here and they're amazing! So relaxing and 100% worth it. I will definitely be returning again and again.
