Awesome customer service, personable staff, and great location! Dropped in one evening with pain and stress. Wakeem is a great massotherapist, and really helped with my soreness and pain. The spa is clean, has some convenient products stocked in the bathroom (hair products, etc). Tried a facial and while my esthetician was as kind as can be, I felt as though her technique could use some improvement. Vernecia is “Massage Therapist of the Year!” Her hands are like musical instruments… Flowing to toughest and most tense muscles..flipping it to ease and buttery movements. My neck was the grateful recipient of Vernecia’s rhythm and energy. The rest of my body was treated with the same. I came with stress and left with BLISS.
I feel bad leaving a less than glowing review, but I didn't love my experience here. I booked via text and phone call, and in both instances it seemed like I was being deterred from getting a deep tissue massage. I said I have had many massages before, almost all deep tissue. I received an almost lecture about how massages are getting more popular (?) and most people think they want a deep tissue massage, but they really want a Swedish massage with firm pressure.
