My review is mixed- we received a gift card and the staff were friendly, the experience relaxing, and therapist was excellent! That being said, as we were ending we noticed the “recommended tipping” sign to be good 25%, great 35%, excellent 45%. Maybe I’m not educated on new tipping culture, but I always thought 20% was standard and acceptable. Basically, my “gift” cost me $60. Are they just not paying their therapists appropriately? Amazing place, highly recommend Crystal and Halie are amazing. If you want to relax this is the prefect spot.
Been getting regular massages for years. Have tried many different establishments and therapists, Nahatai at this location is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend and will be a repeat customer.
