I arrived to the location early, I spent time filling out the pre-forms before I even arrived for my appointment (where I clearly listed my tree nut allergy), and they waited until less than three minutes before my service to tell me they couldn’t treat me. They said their products (due to their Dermalogica contract) contain nut-derived ingredients and they have no alternatives.
