Hands down the best wax experience! Samantha S. was welcoming and professional. She walked me through the process, checked in often to make sure I was okay, and worked quickly yet carefully. Her technique was gentle and made the whole experience much smoother than I expected. The results are amazing! I really appreciated her professionalism, friendliness, and the attention to detail she put into making sure I was satisfied. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone considering a Brazilian wax!
I went there for a hot stone and they didn’t prepare for it. They did not give me a hot stone. I was asked if I would take a Himalayan salt stone. I had no choice so I said yes.

Julia is wonderful. She is always welcoming and very sweet. She is the best. She is the reason I come to Hand and Stone.The new girl at the desk was very nice but I really really liked the girl that use to be there. She kept me informed of when Julia was available and I set up my appointment on line. Now I only get information from the Middletown location.i was not happy about not receiving my service until a form was filled especially since i have been a member for years🤔
