I had the most incredible experience with Hand and Stone in Grand Rapids. The customer service was impecable, which is rare to find in this day in age. I was greeted with kindness and every question was answered with much patience and knowledge. The service itself was awesome and made me feel like a new person. Thank you to everyone who made my first experience the best.
I had a wonderful massage here! My massage therapist’s name was Laurel and she was phenomenal. She was very friendly and professional. She adjusted the pressure to suit my needs, and addressed everything I asked for. She was very quiet unless I spoke to her first which was very nice. Over all, an extremely relaxing massage!
Came in for my first facial EVER and it was such an amazing experience ! I am honestly so neurotic about my skin because I’ve never really used any more intensive or heavily chemical based skincare so I was a bit nervous going in. My provider, Diana, was amazing !! Cannot say enough about how awesome this place is. I've suffered with scoliosis and debilitating nerve pain for almost 3 decades and have to combine multiple modalities to manage it; Massage being one of them. I've only seen few Massage businesses that can retain talent, and this is one.
