I scheduled a massage 3 weeks in advance and took the day off work for a self care day after my divorce. I was contacted 3 hours prior to the appointment letting me know it was cancelled… They then offered an appointment later in the day, which I accepted, only to be told it was no longer available. If you’re trying to treat yourself to a special occasion I’d go elsewhere.

Outstanding service from the time I called to book my massage appt and when I arrived to Hand and Stone. The front desk customer service was very warm and welcoming when my mom and I arrived for our massage appt. I had my appt booked with Abby who did a phenomenal job. She was friendly, informative, and did a great job keeping me relaxed during my massage. I will definitely be back to book again!

Edit: I originally gave this review a one star review because of how disappointed I was. However, the spa manager did reach out and provided a very understanding and kind response as to what happened and owned up to the mistake. That speaks highly of their business and how they run things. That still does not dismiss how I was treated over the phone, but definitely deserves more stars than originally was given. Charlotte was literally amazing! This was my first time getting a massage here, and she made the entire experience so comfortable and enjoyable. She was incredibly attentive and was able to explain some of the tightness I was experiencing in my shoulders and along my spine, which I really appreciated. She was so kind, easy to talk to, and made me feel completely comfortable. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming, and I had such a great experience overall. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Charlotte!!
