I’ve been coming here for over a year and have had amazing massages from Abby, Janelle, and Joseph. I wanted to support Arianna since she supported our small business and WOW. Her facial massage is on another level. I’ve never been into facials before, but she completely converted me. The technique, the care, the attention to detail, it’s next level. I walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and glowing. She is incredibly talented! I’m officially rotating this into my monthly membership. Absolutely phenomenal.
I went several times and always added a generous tip. I quit going though because they hounded me constantly to sign up for a membership (including the massage therapist) though I wasn't interested - so I quit going.
This spa is very welcoming with the women working at the front desk always being kind and friendly. The massages and facials are always an ahh-mazing and relaxing experience. It's hard to find a massage spa around Grand Rapids to be both clean and safe. I've been to almost all of the independently owned massage studios around this area and I don't share the same sentiment with them.
