I had a great experience at Hand & Stone Massage. It was my first time there, and Serge was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me before we started, which really helped me feel comfortable. The massage itself was excellent, I enjoyed every minute of it. The place was also very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend Serge!

Great deep tissue massage with michael
My wife has been a long time customer at this location. Recently, my wife cancelled an appointment the previous day and left a voicemail. The manager/staff did not check their voicemail as my wife got sent a message about her whereabouts for a missed appointment. They proceeded to charge the full amount for the missed appointment and did not acknowledge the fact that they did not check their voicemail about the cancellation. No accountability. In fact, when we called to argue our concerns, the manager hung up the phone.
