Cancelled my membership in February, to find out they've been billing me ever since. Manager is conveniently never around to authorize any refunds or cancellation. Have left my name and contact information with different associates and emailed the owner. I've yet to have any calls or emails returned. It appears on here that the owner only responds to complaints about the services itself, while ignoring those who wish to end their subscriptions. Feels very deliberate at this point. While the spa services themselves are excellent, our experience with the membership has been incredibly disappointing. The facials (with add-on treatments) and massages we received were always enjoyable, and we genuinely liked the quality of the services. Unfortunately, the way our membership has been handled has completely overshadowed that positive experience. Debra was amazing. Service was very comfortable & relaxing
Tierra was outstanding! So much so I scheduled another massage…this is a first. When I get massages I rarely if ever schedule a follow up massage that same day.
