Had a great experience at Hand & Stone today! I got a facial and massage, and both services were excellent. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. A special shoutout to the front desk receptionist (Shanique)— she was fun, sweet, knowledgeable, and truly exceptional. She made the experience even better and is an amazing sales rep without being pushy. I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
