Darlene is the best. Her facial massages are great. She is very good. I always ask for her. She’s truly an asset to your organization.

I made the mistake of purchasing their gift card for my wife. Wife complained about how rude the front desk were, very dismissive, never asked if she preferred female or male masseuse and then made her spend 10-15 of her massage time filling out forms, and still called after she left to fill out more forms and return back. The masseuse was polite and professional, but still she was not fully comfortable as she should have been. The lady that did her facial was also very nice.
