Outstanding service from the time I called to book my massage appt and when I arrived to Hand and Stone. The front desk customer service was very warm and welcoming when my mom and I arrived for our massage appt. I had my appt booked with Abby who did a phenomenal job. She was friendly, informative, and did a great job keeping me relaxed during my massage. I will definitely be back to book again!
Edit: I originally gave this review a one star review because of how disappointed I was. Charlotte was literally amazing! This was my first time getting a massage here, and she made the entire experience so comfortable and enjoyable. She was incredibly attentive and was able to explain some of the tightness I was experiencing in my shoulders and along my spine, which I really appreciated. She was so kind, easy to talk to, and made me feel completely comfortable. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming, and I had such a great experience overall. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Charlotte!!
This massage and facial spa is so relaxing every time I go in! The ladies at the front were very welcoming and helpful and made sure all my needs were met, and my massage with Kayla was so wonderful!
