The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I was able to get appointments set up quickly and really liked how knowledgeable the staff was.

While trying to receive post-op follow-up care, when I experienced medical issues, I experienced issues with this office such as phone calls that did not get answered, messages left did not always result in a return call, messages on their portal were never seen, calls to set up an appointment were never returned, and testing that was requested for me was never passed on to be scheduled. Dr. Aaron Grand and his staff are down to earth, very personal and professional in order to ensure that you receive the best care! A shout out to both Lori and Lisa for going the extra mile for admin support. I highly recommend this team; especially for patients who are new to the area or first time injuries...they will take great care of you!
