Office staff friendly, Doctor and everyone very informative and helpful. All my concerns were addressed and I am comfortable proceeding with surgery.
I had a carpal tunnel decompression done by Dr. Palmer at the Hand and Shoulder surgical center in Wexford. All personnel were extremely helpful and professional. Dr. Palmer and his OR team explained everything about the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Palmer and his team for any hand or shoulder procedure.
So grateful to have Dr Palmer. Not only a great Dr and surgeon but also kind and caring. Thank you again Dr Palmer ! You are truly the best! Also shout out to all the staff, Dr Palmers assistants, the receptionists and my wonderful therapist Paige. Everyone in the therapy department also very kind. Truly phenomenal group of people.
Dr Balk was excellent however his office staff was unreliable and uneducated giving out wrong information about clearance for surgery, costing us over $783.00 for useless tests. Also when questioned about stopping a medication before surgery no one got back to me ( after four calls and assurance they would get back to me each day with an answer) ended up going into surgery and never got an answer.. .
