Went to see Dr. Kristin Buterbaugh about a shoulder issue. I was told I had a tear in my rotator cuff and would need surgery, this was after an unsuccessful PRP shot that I was told would help the issue. I scheduled surgery but felt uncomfortable with the diagnosis so I went to another orthopedic surgeon and was told I had frozen shoulder and needed therapy. Dr Buterbaugh is fantastic. He did an awesome job on my shoulder. I recommend him tremendously. The staff is so super friendly and talented. You get the best care with a smile.
Everyone at the office was very kind and helpful. Dr. Kristin Buterbaugh was very personable and took the time to explain everything in detail. I will have no problem feeling comfortable with Dr. Kristin Buterbaugh doing my surgery.
