I arrived on time for my appointment, but the office had sent the paperwork to the wrong email. I completed and returned the paperwork promptly, but the receptionist—who was on the phone—didn't review it until five minutes past my scheduled appointment time. At that point, I was told I needed to reschedule. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional medical experiences I’ve ever had. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Beware of this doctor. I cut a tendon on my hand and also had bad wrist pain. She took x-rays and said there was nothing wrong and sent me on my way. I went to another hand surgeon, he sent me out for a MRI. When it came back I had a tenant cut and carpal tunnel. I had surgery to fix the tendon. 7 months later Dr Kinder sent me to collections over $20. NOT 1 phone call, NOT 1 message, NOT 1 Text, NOT 1 email, I had no idea I owed any money. I drove an hour to go to her and I got no service and now have $35 in collections.
Dr Kinder handled my A1 Pulley release surgery with positivity and kindness. She covered all options, what to expect post surgery recovery, provided long-term plan for best results and assured me she was here if I had any other concerns or issues. The staff was equally kind and positive. The overall culture at the office gave me peace of mind and a path for the best outcome.
Dr. Kinder and her staff were exceptional. I was at my wits-end with a quite painful and recurrent problem on my hand. Dr. Kinder walked me through the informed consent process for surgery so thoroughly- she addressed all my questions and concerns well in advance of my procedure. When it came time for surgery, both she and her staff made me feel at ease.
