I absolutely love this place! My first experience was amazing! It’s so hard for me, because I have a not so friendly pup. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I went to pick him up he was giving them good bye kisses � Thanks so much for your patience and for making him look so nice! I’ll definitely be back!
The staff does an awesome job with Murphy my Golden Retriever. He came home all fluffed and buffed with a bright green bandanna. He was badly matted after being away from home! I highly recommend!
We've been taking my Moxxi (Chihuahua) to get her nails trimmed for years to Hand-N-Paw for years, they treat her so wonderfully and with SO MUCH care!! I am always so worried about her (crazy dog mom, I know) but they do a superb job and go above and beyond!
If you love your dog, do not take them to this place of terror. We had an awful experience. Our three year old golden retriever went in for grooming, and she returned with tons of tiny cuts all over her back. Our poor pup was devastated, it was honestly the worst experience. We couldn’t tell what was wrong with her until the next day when all the scabs formed. I thought it was bugs lol.... just turned out to be cuts. I have zero experience in dog grooming, but I can promise, anyone can do a better job then these clowns.

We did a furminator brush out treatment on Sammie. It's possible that with the dry weather that the skin was irritated from the brushing. Some dogs with sensitive or dry skin may be sensitive to the treatment. The two previous groomings did not appear to be a problem. Please call us. we would like to check on how hes doing. Sammie always loved running around when he would come in for his bath. Hopefully his skin is healed up by now and hes feeling better.
This place is the worst! I took both my dogs there once and they cut my maltipoo's nails so short that all of his four paws were bleeding. my other dog is a Papillon and they cut him so short that he was bald... His skin was showing -- they cut him THAT short. They don't know anything about breed-specific cuts. He's a papillon so you're not supposed to cut any hair surrounding the ears and hardly anything on the body. she cut all the hair off of his ears! these people don't know what they're doing. They are so great with my dog. The services that they offer are excellent! Only place we will go to!
