The Asian female pharmacist was more then helpful wen my wife called to ask a general health question she happily answered it and actually shared her personal experience and that means a lot most pharmacists just give u a general answer but it’s way better if they can personally relate to ur issue like she did (: she felt completely reassured and understood we will definitely come here for any medication need or if we have any other questions I’d recommend them to anyone just bc she works here

Let me start off by saying there is a HUGE difference in a small local pharmacy than there is with the big chain pharmacies. I switched from CVS to Hand in Hand and glad I did. CVS has rude staff, corporate rules and are completely not helpful and over the last couple years are frequently out of medications. Hand in Hand helped me get a prior authorization and worked with my doctor and the insurance to get something approved. CVS will basically throw their hands up and say figure it out.

This was my first visit at Hand in Hand, and not only did they answer the phone right away, (shocker with most pharmacies these days!), but they were also very helpful, kind, and super quick to fill my scripts. I've had to switch pharmacies because I've moved recently, and I'm now very relieved to have found Hand in Hand. I definitely recommend them!
