I was recovering from a severe car accident and had been discharged from Kaiser Permanente, I feel prematurely. Hand Homecare provided me with an overnight caregiver and she did an excellent job. She was patient, kind and worked very hard. Thank you Hand Homecare it was a great experience, well as good as could be expected.

My family used this caregiving agency for my grandma when we needed in-home care and we could not have asked for better service! Not only was the caregiver a sweetheart, but super attentive and on top of it. The owner was very kind and accommodating during this time and always easy to reach. Will definitely be using this company's services again.

I would never use this company for caregiving services. They do have some nice caregivers however, none of them have been able to stay awake through a 8hr shift. When I called the business manager regarding this matter, she said their employees have the right to sleep, and screamed at me.. was very unprofessional especially when voicing my safety concerns. It is illegal in the state of California for caregivers to sleep while on the clock if they are not a "live in" caregiver.
