Ordered a phi beta kappa cord to be delivered to an incorrect address and called hand and hammer to change the address on the same day. Not only did they not correct the mistake before shipping, but they made the same mistake when I ordered a second cord a week later to the correct address, by sending it again to the wrong address. Terrible service and am disappointed I didn't not receive my cord in time for graduation. They at least sent me a refund to cover the cord costs.
