Nydia does a great job but she is not dependable. My 2 nd appointment I arrived 15 minutes early and found her shop closed. I called her 3 times. By the time she returned my call it was 45 minutes later. She said she had moved another client's appointment to the weekend and must of accidentally removed my appointment after she met with her. She was able to reschedule me that day but I had to wait an hour and a half. When I scheduled my 3rd appointment I repeated, the time for 1pm after I entered it on my calendar.
