Honestly, this place is so unorganized. They are extremely short staffed. Dr Sasor is a God sent. The occupational therapist especially Kat are wonderful. The front desk staff never answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold because once again they are short staffed. Calling the after hour service is a joke. It’s almost as these providers don’t look at your chart before they give their recommendations. I’ve been in pain for 5 weeks and not a single person can help me. Stay away from this place and definitely dont have Dr D be your doctor
Very unorganized, and very time consuming. Just wanted to let people know before they decide to come to a place they don’t know about which makes you wait 40+ minutes after your scheduled time for the appointment. Ex: I’m scheduled at 1:45 and I get there at 1:45. Maybe called by the doctors to the back rooms just to sit there for 30m,40m,45m+. I've been coming here for 2 years. They do great work. Everyone is like family. The doctors are great and so are the OTs. Wouldn't choose any other place to have my work done
I highly recommend Dr. Sasor and the Tosa Hand Clinic. Dr. Sasor is a very professional and skilled surgeon and she helped put my mind at ease. 5 star experience all around.
