From the moment I called to make my appointment to moment I walked out the door was fabulous!!! The customer service was great, it is clean, warm and inviting. My massage therapist Jennifer was amazing!!!! She made me feel comfortable and provided a relaxing and wonderful service. Very disappointed in how they choose to run their business. Definitely find another place to receive a massage. I tried for MONTHS to get an appointment and couldn’t due to their staffing issues. I was told most of the year they were running with one or two massage therapists. I expressed my concerns that my gift card was going to expire before I could use it, and was told it was already used by somebody named “Sarah Jones”. This is impossible! Ever since new ownership, the quality of service has diminished tremendously. Much of the massage staff quit over the course of the year, leading to no availability for months for massages. I had built up several months worth of credit and my account was cancelled without my knowledge or approval which led to the deletion of my credits. If I could give zero stars I would. I received a gift to go here and my initial experience was good so I signed up and it has been a nightmare ever since. First billing to my company in error which I had to pay back and then charging me twice the day of my next massage which ended in me being over billed $115 AND $70 at once!! That was June 21, 2022 and I have yet to receive back. Have sent bank statements showing double charge and get LOTS of apologies but no refund.
