Hit or miss, I think they get a lot of students and the massage is just OK, or not good. I have tried a few times had one decent massage, the rest are below Avg. Place is clean.
I had an absolutely phenomenal facial today with McKayla (sorry I'm sure I am misspelling her name). It was so relaxing and nice to have a facial done and not feel like I was being hit with high pressure upscale tactics, which I've had happen in the past. She took her time to do an actual assessment of my skin. Let me know what would benefit it and what would not. Been coming to this location for months. The staff is so kind and just great to be around. Holly is amazing.
This is the most professional and attentive place I ever been to. I took my niece because she graduated from USF with her masters degree. She had a great experience that we booked 8 more family members including my mother. They all said it was an amazing experience and they all felt relaxed.
