I’m currently pregnant and have been coming for regular massages with the aromatherapy this last trimester. It’s crazy how much of a difference it makes in helping my body with all the aches and pains. I absolutely love Tanisha! She always listens to exactly what my problem areas are and spends extra time working those areas.
Wonderful experience today. Rylee at reception is super sweet, has terrific customer service skills. Had a facial done by Nicole. Just what I needed. She's wonderful at what she does and has a great personality. Makes you feel totally relaxed and I loved the way my skin looked when I left (brightening treatment). Poorly managed. Two concerns: They currently employ a single manager who is the only authorized employee to make account changes like cancelling an account. It is not possible to cancel an account same day if the manager is not working. It appears that the manager works 4-5 days a week. This business requires their manager to talk directly with the client to make changes like an account cancellation. There is no way to bypass this.
