I was disappointed with my facial experience. The reason being that I was in and out of the room in only 40 minutes. I was told, "the service is done. It's a little before your time, but that's fine". I informed the girl at the desk, who was very sweet, but I assume had no power to do much for me. She did offer an aromatherapy upgrade to my next massage, which I declined, and mentioned the name of the 2 other woman who gave very good facials for next time.
