I’ve been coming to Hand and Stone in New City for a few years now when I am in need of a massage. I always leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and respected. I always have a pleasant experience with the welcoming staff at the desk. Every massage and therapist I have encountered have been nothing but respectful, demonstrate sincere acknowledgment during the consultation and then deliver an excellent service. I have always been pleased with my visits here.

She greeted us warmly, explained all the specials, memberships, and promotions, and truly set the tone for a great experience. Today I visited the New City location. They were a 10 out of 10. Started with Alyssa at the front desk. Very pleasant assisted with filling out the questionnaire and even gave this amazing coconut mango water. OH WAIT I CAN’T FORGET THE NECK WARMER. 🥰 Brain the massage therapist, Very friend shook my hand, introduced himself and gave an amazing massage.
