Ok, so after some initial Anniversary plans fell through, I had to scramble for something else. I called Hand & Stone to see if they possibly had space for a couples massage that day. They were super nice and accomodating. They made some room for us and made it such a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone, just maybe try to schedule a little more in advance.
I’m disappointed with how there were no signs of gratitude for my years of membership when I cancelled it for personal reasons. Felt pretty cold. It’s apparent the staff can be great but management could use some customer training. I won’t be renewing at this location in the future.
The massage I received was very much average. I told my masseur that I wanted my neck to be a big focus, and I felt like it was barely touched. Everything felt nice, but I left feeling really tight in my neck which is mostly where my pain comes from. It kind of felt like my masseur didn't manage the time properly and ran out of time to properly massage my neck. I don't think I would come back, honestly.
