Michele B is by far the best massage therapist ever I have been with her for years the rest of the staff are fabulous accommodating and the place is immaculate I would recommend it to anyone who wants an exceptional spa experience. Their cosmetologist Gia is also exceptional
I have been going to Hand & Stone for about 2 yrs now after being a long time member of over 10yrs with massage envy. I am very happy with the decision to switch. Location options much more convenient, the rewards program is nice To feel valued as a customer (Massage Envy never in over 10yrs did anything to acknowledge my membership - nothing!) Visited H&S and had a wonderful experience getting a facial by Karyn. Check in with as speedy and friendly, Karyn was super nice, experienced and made me feel like a million bucks!
