Absolutely horrific customer service and EXTREMELY rude staff, on top of that the place is not kept clean and they do not follow the proper hygiene protocols or salon sanitation procedures. Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY, use other locations.
I do not recommend going here since the manager and owner have no respect for loyal customers. The way I was spoken to regarding a discrepancy in price was not only embarrassing and humiliating in front of other customers, but downright unprofessional. I do not recommend going here at all stick with the one in Commack or Smithtown. Would give a Zero if I could

I had the most amazing facial with Jade, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, Kate at the front desk made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The level of care and professionalism was outstanding. Jade worked wonders on my skin, and her expertise and gentle touch were truly impressive.
