I have to give this location a terrible review. We signed up for there membership years ago around the pandemic understandable and would go pretty often but we had to stop going because life got busy and decided we no longer need a membership. Great customer service! The owner Karen was so honest and pleasant. A previous facial experience I had there awhile back, was not as I expected. I believe in supporting small local businesses. I gave them another chance and I’m so very glad I did. Today, my facial with Deb C. was amazing. She was thorough, kind, informative and provided a quality, soothing, facial. This was my very first time trying a facial, I've never even been to a spa before but I have to say this place exceeded all of my expectations. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, all my nerves about trying something new were eased the moment I walked through the front door.
