Hand and Stone in the Winston Salem, NC have incompetent front office staff. The form they have you fill out is very lengthy and very in-depth. I had an appointment and filled out the form on-line, so I could be totally relaxed before my appointment and not have to worry about forms or anything. The front office either lost the form or deleted it. If you’re looking for a stress free experience, look else where, since Hand and Stone Winston Salem, NC isn’t the place
I transferred from another massage place to this one because the therapist I had moved over to this one as well. The experience has been great. Very nice staff and the therapist actually listens to what pressure and area you need taken care of. No complaints so far! #Good Atmosphere#Expert#Good Service
The manager Leonard called the police on me today for rescheduling my appointment. So they get a hard “no” from me. Not making this up- the officer was pretty confused. Maybe it wasn’t his day 🤷🏾♂️ but no reason to make a racially charged false accusation of assault for a missed appointment (at least not to me). I’l leave it to karma but from the past comments this behavior seems to be a trend from him. Hope he gets the mental help he needs. Maybe he could use a massage 😅
A realxing experience in a great atmosphere with a skilled massage therapist. I recommend it to anyone who needs a break!!

Please, stay away from this facility! I was Hand & Stone client for more then 3 years and was very happy with their services. But after i start to go to Hands & Stone on Street Rd i decided to cance my Agreement with Hand and Stone corporation. They are very rude and unprofessional.
I became a member at Hand and Stone and very glad I did. I have tight upper back muscles and shoulder issues and Aidan, my massage therapist has helped me so much. Everything is immaculate here and it's a friendly, relaxing atmosphere.
Received deep tissue massage from Dana, which was wonderful. I also like the evening appointments. Very relaxing atmosphere.
The extremely nice people at LaVida Massage in Fairlawn, OH are its finest quality! Dina is MOST kind, and a true pleasure to work with. She listens to my therapeutic needs, because of a medical condition, and does excellent work! The surroundings at LaVida are CLEAN and quite comfortable. Everything from the front desk area, to the client waiting area, to the Therapy Rooms, to the restroom, are kept in tip-top condition.
