Chelsea and crystal was great!(our therapists) , me and my husband had a couples massage last Thursday and when we arrived we were not greeted the receptionist KRYSTAL WAS VERY RUDE, UNWELCOMING, NOT FRIENDLY, and lack of knowledge as this was our first time here I normally go to Sheraton at bay point and receives great service but the receptionist at hand and stone when. Great service. Ici at the front was very kind and informative. She recommended what I should get done when I walked-in and was very nice over the phone. Olivia did a great job at my back facial and gave me information to help me in the future. Will be coming back
