Refused to provide services to me. I called in advance to let them know I was running late. I arrived 13 minutes late and they told me the female i requested was no longer available and that if I wanted my full service it would be with a male because I have to fill out forms and it will be past my 15 minutes grace period. Just had the most incredible facial and the best scalp massage of my life with Christina. I didn’t want it to end. She’s incredibly attentive, thorough, and really focuses on what your skin needs. My face feels amazing and I left completely relaxed. You have to come see her. She is a game changer.
