Didn’t have that good of an experience. Was not relaxing at all in my opinion.
I have always had good experiences with massages. Today resulted in a very bad experience with a scheduled facial with a specifically request requested aesthetician. The poor customer service provided by the manager, Kathy, results in my review. Hard to be told repeatedly that I did not request a specific person when that was inaccurate was hard to take. I was taken back late, so it was not the full time. My massage was very light pressure despite asking for more pressure 4 different times. Lots of pinching and poking. Choppy, discontinuous touching with little actual massage. My neck and shoulders were never touched. I’ve had many massages before and this was by far the most disappointing one. I will not be back.
I had a Hot Stone massage with Vilma & she is absolutely intuitive. I was so tight & tense & she worked her magic! Truly grateful 🙏
