Had a great deep tissue massage today - staff was polite and masseuse checked in continually , felt much better after and it was exactly what I was hoping for .
The ladies there are very nice, but unfortunately, we will not be returning back. This is not handicap accessible AT ALL. Also, too much talking during the appointment…not a lot of relaxation. The appointment was mainly to relax and that was not accomplished.

The massage itself was good, I’d rate that 4 stars. My overall rating is 1 star due to the poor customer service provided by the front desk manager, Holly. This was supposed to be a gift for my husband’s birthday and was a surprise. I left a credit card on file. Prior to his appointment I had called to make the final payment over the phone but they refused. They never communicated that payment must be made in person or via gift card.
