Excellent deep tissue massage with Lillian. Looking forward to my next massage.
The massage itself was good, I’d rate that 4 stars. My overall rating is 1 star due to the poor customer service provided by the front desk manager, Holly. This was supposed to be a gift for my husband’s birthday and was a surprise. I left a credit card on file. Prior to his appointment I had called to make the final payment over the phone but they refused. They never communicated that payment must be made in person or via gift card. Excellent experience.
Didn’t have that good of an experience. Was not relaxing at all in my opinion.
