best massage ive had to relieve stress
Today is March 5th 2025 and I am a black woman who experience what seem to be racism. I went for a scheduled facial and the esthetic kept brushing me off for a phone call during my session time. I can believe my experience. I am definitely horrified and will not be returning EVER!!!
massage was fine. Therapist asked about my areas I wanted extra attention to. I told him. However there was very little time on the rest of the body. Also, he asked about different scents I might have wanted, he told me what they had. I chose the coconut. Hardly any was used, I couldn't even smell it at all.
Recently, I had a massage session at Hand and Stone and very pleased with the whole experience. Booking the appointment online was easy and the check in process was very efficient. The massage itself was wonderful, and I left feeling relaxed. The pain and tension I had been feeling on my shoulders improved quite a bit with just one session. I'm planning on going back soon.
Management was extremely unprofessional
