The Bellevue hand and stone massage did not cancel my membership when It was requested and signed off on. They conveniently misplaced my membership cancellation and continued to charge my husband and I for $80/month ($160 for the two of us) from September 2021 to April 2022. I signed up for Hand & Stone's six month pre-paid body massage service. This was supposed to provide one body massage per month for six months. I paid every month faithfully for the service and yet Hand & Stone was never able to accommodate an open appointment slot. I finally made an appointment 1.5 months out to be seen.
