If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I have been going to Megan for over a year now, and she has made the biggest difference in both my skin and my overall self confidence. She is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. I hope she receives all the recognition she so deserves !
Absolutely wonderful experience!! Donna at front desk is pleasant and professional. Marissa was so sweet and I felt comfortable from the start. She did an excellent job and it was so relaxing. I actually got the month-to-month membership. Cannot wait for next month!!
Jule was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable, gentle. She explained everything she was doing, as this was my first facial. I would definitely recommend as it was a relaxing and peaceful experience.
I booked a massage and then cancelled within two hours of booking the massage and they charged me $40.00 because of their 24 hour cancellation policy. It was not booked 24 hours prior it was booked same day and only a couple of hours. They did not tell me this when I booked the appointment and when I called to discuss the lady was condescending and rude. Terrible policy and unfair business practices. I had a 50 minute Swedish massage with Elise at the W. Long Branch location and it was a 5 star experience. Very professional staff, beautiful reception area and serene treatment rooms. I highly recommend Hand and Stone!
