Regan Smith is an awful person. She has a cancellation policy which is understandable for most but she bragged on the internet her client had a broke down car and couldn’t make it on apt, client explained her car was broke down and she low on funds and needed to repair her to survive, to be able to go to work to afford life. Regan is no blonde specialist. She overlapped bleach on my hair, rushed the processing phase, and left me with brassy, over-processed, and uneven color. The result was nothing like the inspiration photos I showed her. On top of that, she was manipulative about the cost and I ended up paying almost $100 more then quoted. For what I paid, I expected professional, high-quality results, but this was far from it. I still don’t understand how she ended up so far from what I asked for.
