Excellent customer service!!! They respect the sentimental value of working with family pieces. They turned one of my moms necklaces into a beautiful ring for me!! When I needed an engraved charm on short noticed they delivered a perfect piece on time. Even when I came to pick it up and the store was closed, the owner who happened to be there, not only took care of me but wrapped the gift as well!!! I will definitely use Hancock again!!!
