Great People, good and honest service. If your vehicle has one of those unique problem solving challenges, they will bend over backwards to solve the issue and keep it reasonably priced!
Competent work with a side of mansplaining. The proximity to my house is the main reason I use this shop, but I'm going to avoid it when possible from now on. I'm tired of one mechanic in particular, Chris, thinking he needs to explain things to me, like how to check oil or the fact that they fix cars (you don't say), even after I've brought cars there for years and spent thousands of dollars. He couldn't even maintain eye contact with me when I brought this behaviour to his attention.
Hancock's is great. It is a family atmosphere with the owners onsite. They are reasonable and hard working. It is also nice to support a family owned business from the community.
These guys are awesome! Got something in our tire and they fixed ASAP. Super nice, efficient, professional, reliable. Can't say enough great things. From the PA couple driving in the heat wave, super grateful!
Great service, very friendly ,they have been working on my vehicles for years.
