We waited a while before writing our review because we wanted to make sure we lived here a while. There are alot of bad reviews that we read beforehand so we were a little apprehensive so this is what we have seen so far. We've had a good experience here so far but I do think it matters who your neighbors are. Pros 1. We have never had maintenance come into our unit unannounced. Please do not let these reviews for you. The apartments may look nice, but it is not all what it seems to be. They use cheap paint , They don’t clean the vents which leaves the apartments very dusty , They have no control over their tenants… You can make numerous complaints and they won’t fix any issues. Furthermore, they built a new building And extra parking, but because they are so hot up for money, the new tenants aren’t even parking in the parking lot that was made for the new building their parking where the other resi... read more
My brother and I moved to Hancock Village eight months ago. This is our first official home together as adults, and I want to sincerely thank Jack and Tasha for their support throughout the entire process. Hancock Village is a phenomenal place to live—close to my brother’s campus at Boston College, centrally located, and full of great amenities. Not to mention the maintenance team is always responsive and reliable. Great job, Hancock Village!
Not worth it. Trash/recycling is constantly overflowing. The parking is cheap but terrible. Good luck finding a spot anywhere near you if at all. Maintenance is rude will leave your door open all day ing the middle of the summer. If you try to make a complaint they just hang up on you. They also refused to fix my A/C last summer and tried to say nothing was wrong.
