Don't shop Hancock TV and Appliance!!! Worst experience I EVER had. It all started at the very beginning. I had to waited 45 minutes to buy my appliances (washer, dryer, frig). We were having a house built and wanted high end products. At delivery, they broke a hole in the wall. 6 months later, refrigerator broke (cabinet). Probably a stress crack from the man handling it went through (very rough). I fought for a new frig which was a step down model because they said it was based on depreciation of the orginal frig. Currently in the middle of a large kitchen remodel and I am so grateful that I chose Hancock for my appliances. Great value and really the best service I have ever encountered. They do all the service so no calling and waiting on hold for someone to send a technician if anything goes wrong. In addition to ordering new appliances they also advised me on my kitchen design and offered to get me tile samples that would work and check out my kitchen. Love them !!! Highly highly recommend.

I have never had better customer service by any company in my life. I am done with big box stores. Hancock Appliance has made me a believer, and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had trouble with an indoor ice maker on my new GE Profile fridge. Hancock replaces it. Had trouble with the new one and Hancock replaces the second one. I chose the same fridge with ice and water inside and it works perfectly. Class act.

We have lived in the city for 20 years and have made many purchases over the years. Not anymore. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Purchased the dryer in April. Day one it did not work. Repair person did get it working and it worked fine for several months. Same problem again this past week. Since the service department does not work Saturdays, I had to wait till Monday to make an appointment. On Thursday the repair person came, but could not fix the problem. Easiest purchase ever! Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful, pricing super competitive and delivery was fast and efficient. The guys who came out to deliver and hook up our new washer and dryer were incredibly friendly and professional. Could not ask for a better buying experience!

I'd like to thank the folks at Hancock T.V. and Appliance for their tremendous staff, expert guidance and competitive pricing. I will never go elsewhere after previous bad experiences at chain stores that don't give a crap about people after the sale. Hancock treats you like family! Many thanks!

I would highly recommend Hancock TV and Appliance! They just repaired my dishwasher for less than half the price a competitor quoted me. The technician (Mateo) was extremely professional yet personable and efficient. I couldn't be happier with my experience and the finished product.
