Not impressed with the price to value ratio. 2k for a studio? Shuts AC off early in the season Gas is community so you pay for it anyways even if you don’t use. One elevator was broken when I was there for my visit. The studio I was shown smelled like dog piss. Management can’t do anything but refer to the algorithm provided by their parent company to determine price. Horribly managed and will overcharge you an insane amount. Could not recommend this apartment complex less
Elevators are always breaking down. They’ll never fix the broken one. Extremely loud and noisy. Dan bait and switched me. He told me there was a 1 BR available at a certain price. When I got there for the meeting he was too lazy to walk to the other building and scammed me into a studio that costed more than a 1BR with a balcony. The maintenance guy barged into my apartment on Boxing Day with no warning after my smoke alarm went off. These guys are very deceptive.
