Hancock Refrigeration came to look at my ice machine, it was filling with water and not making much ice. They arrived on time and were very professional. They quickly determined the problem was a clogged drain and the system needed cleaning. They cleaned and tested the system and it works great now. Price was very reasonable, will definitely use for all my Refrigeration needs.
Showed up on time introducing themselves and put on shoe covers to not mark up the carpet. Very courteous technician, he explained the service to me and I showed him the system. He performed the service Quickly and was done in a couple of hours. He cleaned both inside and outside units including setting up a hose and etc. even though I forgot to unisolate the hose bib, he managed it fine. He cleaned up after himself and explained what he did and presented the write up. We appreciated his professionalism.
