Ken Hancock is the most knowledgable air conditioning service man around. He could build one from the ground up if he needed to. If there is any life left in your a/c or heat he can fix it. He is not in the business of going to folks homes and telling them they need a new unit because he doesn't know what to do to fix it like so many companies do these days.
