Disappointed that ken would not repair a piece that was only a few months old w/o charging a third of the original cost. When I purchased I asked what he would do in case of a problem with the side stones. He said he would replace unless obvious damage. I only wear to church and other events as a nice ring. He would not fix it. I have purchased rings, chains, watches, and had repairs and sizing done. Didn't help. Again highly disappointed.
I love this place. The designer Kendra is great to work with. Very creative. My new wedding ring she helped me make is so unique and unlike anything I've never seen at any other store. I get complements on it all the time.
I recently arranged for Ken to create three pieces of custom jewelery, for my wife and I. Ken worked on each piece, carefully helping me to realize the design and happily attending to last minute changes. Ken and his team were patient, sincere, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my entire experience, even offering me updates and pictures as the individual pieces evolved.
