I scheduled a physical as a first time patient at this facility. I received a text confirming the date and time, and I was also mailed patient paperwork that included the appointment date, time, and facility address. I arrived for my appointment only to be told that it had been canceled and rescheduled for the following week. I explained that I had never received a cancellation notice and even showed the receptionist the confirmation text and paperwork I had received. This is one time I can actually say I didn't feel like I was in a torture chamber. The technician was very capable and considerate.
This center is run terribly. My wife and are I wanting to start a family but needed her to schedule with a Neurologist to solve problems before we begin. We originally scheduled an appointment in May. My wife left work early and drove 50 minutes just to find out the doctor had canceled with her! They didn’t text or call my wife. They said they sent a notification via a web portal but since this was my wife first visit, she didn’t have access to the portal. Been here twice to get labs drawn and they have closed and locked their doors early when their website says they are open.
Clean facilities, friendly staff, overall a great place for people of all ages and physical abilities!
