THEY TOOK 500, SAID 500 AND IM IN, AFTER THAT THEY WANTED 400 FOR SECURITY, THEN KEPT GOING AND SAID I NEED 500 FOR HOA!! THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO TELL YOU EVERYTHING UP FRONT!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service from Hancock Group Real Estate! The team was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the market. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and answering all my questions promptly. Their dedication and attention to detail truly stood out. I’m very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable real estate services!
Brian sold my house for me and went the extra mile with every step of the transaction. There are very few agent, and people, out there who have a heart like Brian. If you want honesty and a smooth process from someone who has been in the business for over 50 years, he is your guy.
I called and left my name and # asking for a return call. They did not. I called again later in the day and talked to someone who took my information and said they would have an agent call me. They did not. I waited a couple days and then called again. I again talked to an individual who said they would call an agent and have them call me. They did not. After waiting another day or so I decided to go with another agency who answered the phone and began to help right away.
Brian has been very helpful. He has taken time to understand our needs in a home and actively search for one that will meet our specifications. He is very thoughtful and listens well.
