against the government and federal demand they refuse to give loans to ppl during these economic times... I make 3000 a month cost of living no more than 600 a month and these lames wouldn't give me a loan yet alone speak wit a loan officer
only one phone number to get through to the entire credit Union and on the most important day of my month and the phone number nor the 1800# is working....out of town and can't even call my financial institution.... absolutely ridiculous
Recommendedgreat loan company but crap customer service been calling all day losing time I could be doing work no one likes to answer the phone all I get is answering machines
They have always helped me for years. My financial problems, gave me suggestions and good advice. Love all the tellers, loan officers.
