April at the front desk was the most disrespectful, dehumanizing, abrasive, unsympathetic person I have EVER encountered at any health care facility in my 44 years of life. The way she spoke to me and her lack of empathy was absolutely shocking. I'm disgusted with her presence. I plan on typing up a nice long explanation about what happened and sending it to the Director of Banner Imaging. I will post it here when i'm done. Clean & good energy environment. The staff was super nice from my entrance to my exit. The X-ray tech explained instructions clearly and bedside manners were the best! I recommend this entire staff!!
