Would not recommend. In my opinion the transportation aspect lacks compassion and customer service.

I have told several of my neighbors about the rides to doctors and shopping service.
My story begins November 6, 2016. My husband was scheduled for his MRI and he had become so weak I had to locate a wheelchair to borrow quickly. I called a few other services and Hancock Senior Services was the only one that was willing to help the same day. Diane was very caring over the telephone and when I picked up the chair she was so wonderful and kind to me. When I returned the wheelchair Diane had given me a big comforting hug.
